All offers, services and sales of meconet are made only pursuant to these conditions |

This English version of our GTC is a reduced translation of the original German version. In case of any issues the original German version
is the valid version. |

All offers and technical descriptions from meconet are subject to change without notice. |

All prices are subject to change without notice. |
| 2.3. |
All prices are shown with or without VAT in the shop - depending of the information we know from you - shipments within the
European Union are with German VAT for private customer and business customer without a valid VAT-ID. Business customer which can provide us
a valid VAT-ID don't have to pay German VAT. German VAT will be added for deliveries within Germany. All customer outside the European Union
don't have to pay any VAT if the shipment address is also a country outside the European Union. |

meconet is legitimate to rejected orders for any reason. Prepayments made by customer will be refunded in this case. |

All inventory is subject to prior sale. |
| 3. |
Payment terms and shipment |
| 3.1. |
All payments must be fully prepaid by bank transfer incl. all costs. If their is no lead time, we ship directly after receiving the payment. |

All given delivery dates and lead times are approximate. |
| 3.3. |
Unless otherwise expressly agreed we use UPS or GLS for shipping. Orders can be picked up at our address by the preferred forwarder of the customer.
By all methodes transport risk transfers to customer once product is handed to the carrier. For optional transport insurance, please inform us. |

All goods and services supplied remain the property of meconet until paid in full. |
| 4. |
Warranty period and handling |
| 4.1. |
The warranty period for private endcustomers inside the European Union is 2 years. |
| 4.2. |
The warranty period for business customers inside the European Union is 1 year. |
| 4.3. |
The warranty period for all othe customers is 1 year. |
| 4.4. |
If you have a defective product, please send an email to rma@meconet.de and wait for further
informations regarding the return. At our discretion, meconet may repair the product, replace it with an equivalent new or refurbished product,
or refund the purchase price. Customer is responsible for backing up any data. |
| 6. |
Liability |
| 6.1. |
meconet shall not be liable for any sum greater than the amount paid to it for the goods or services sold, in the event of any loss,
cost or damage caused by, arising out of, or related to, the goods or services rendered. Customer's sole and exclusive remedy in the event of an
error or defect is limited to the correction of the error or defect by adjustment, replacement, or repair, at meconets election. In no event shall
meconet be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits and loss of data. Customer is advised to back up
all data regularly. |

Legal venue |
| 7.1. |
Legal venue for all kind of disputes is 57072 Siegen, Germany, using German law. |
