Consumer dispute resolution, information according to § 36 VSB
The European Commission provides a platform for extrajudicial dispute resolution. Consumers will hereby be given the chance of first resolving disputes related to their online order out-of-court. The platform for online dispute resolution can be found here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
